How is your product pricing?

- The general pricing of our products varies from HK$199.9 - HK$249.9, with periodic discounts. we aim to keep our pricing affordable while maintaining high quality.

How quick are the responses to customer inquiries?

- We value efficient customer service so you can expect a reply within 1 working day!

Are your clothes made from scratch?

- We source from professional manufacturers that provide pre-made clothing. We then customise the clothes using different printing methods based on the size limit and style of our designs. All clothing is made with 100% cotton and are 240g in weight.

How Long Will My Preorders Take To Arrive?

In stock items will be delivered within just 2-3 business days. If Items are preordered, production and delivery to your location will take approximately 2-3 weeks. But rest assured, you will receive updates through your email at every step of the production process. All the same, we aim to have as many shirts in stock as possible to get you your desired shirt as soon as possible!

What are the standard delivery times?

- ANIMYZ uses SF Express to deliver our products. Delivery times are estimated at just 2-3 business days after submission. In-stock items will deliver quicker. ANIMYZ will keep you updated on your package through email (be sure to get our notifications by moving info@animyz.store to your primary inbox)

What is the return and exchange policy for defective items?

What are the supported clothing types?

- We currently have designs for polished T-shirts, raglan T-shirts, and acid washed T-shirts for sale. However our catalog additionally includes hoodies (washed/polished), and sweaters, zipper hoodies (washed/polished) that will be uploaded in due time.
