Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to return
To start a return, email us at info@animyz.store. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for payment (if applicable) and your QR code. You can take this QR code to any SF Express service point. The staff will scan the code, attach the label, and forward the package to our return address.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs
- Change‑of‑mind returns: You are responsible for the return shipping fee. Once your return is approved, we’ll ask you to pay the exact SF Express return postage to us first (via FPS, PayPal, or other agreed methods). After we receive your payment, we’ll email you a prepaid QR code. You can scan this code at any SF Express counter in Hong Kong — staff will print the label and accept your package.
- Faulty, damaged, or wrong items: We cover the return shipping. We will send you a prepaid QR code with no charge to you.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can make it right. We will of course cover all shipping costs.
Non‑returnable items
We do not accept returns for sale items or special deal items. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
